Ho Ho Ho - Vintage Santa with PTI
I'm thrilled to announce that I am a Papertrey Ink Guest Designer for September! PTI is a company that I've loved since the start of this blog (seriously, search "papertrey ink" in my blog search and there are some oldies but goodies hidden in there!). They have an incredible holiday themed release for the month, and I'll be sharing my cards all week long.
This Santa card is packed with new releases. I love the vintage vibe of the drawing, which uses the Santa stamp from North Pole Mail. The background was first die cut with the North Pole Mail: Postage Stamp Frame Post Card Die. I then heat embossed in silver the two different "ho ho ho" sentiment stamps from This is Big Sentiments: Ho, Ho, Ho.
Now, I didn't want poor Santa's head just floating on the card, so I anchored him with a die cut "ho ho ho" stamped in green. I also gave Santa some festive twigs that were die cut from the Into the Blooms: Swag Die set.
Thanks for stopping by!

Yeehaw! Desert Inspired Birthday Card
September is a HUGE birthday month in my family... we are literally celebrating all. month. long (my own birthday included!). Today happens to be my dad's birthday, so I created this desert themed card just for him. I grew up in Arizona where my parents still live, and the desert is definitely "home". Give me everything cactus related!

This Concord and 9th Bootcut set is perfect for all my desert needs! I used the smaller images in the stamp set to put together the background panel. I stamped the saguaro with the new Hero Arts Reactive Glitz ink in Byzantine Green and the starbursts with Naples Yellow. You can see how the inks shimmer in the last photo below!
The Yeehaw is a perfect stamp! I stamped here with Versafine Onyx Black ink onto Sand Cardstock, which I cut with a Postage Stamp Infinity Die. I also used the Bootcut dies to cut the cacti and flowers from C9 cardstock.
I did my best to capture all that SHIMMER that's in the new Reactive Glitz inks! It's so pretty!

Boo! Hey Ghoul-Friends!
Hey ghoulfriend! I've got some cutie boo-tiful ghosts to share with you today 👻
Some links are affiliates, at no charge to you. Thank you for supporting rwkrafts!
I'm really enjoying these Stitched Ghosts (see my previous post for more cuties) and I just love the different sizes and faces that can be made. Each ghost is lightly ink blended with Tumbled Glass. I thought they'd be cute popping out of a big BOO on the card.
The Alphabet Dies are from Hero Arts, and I embossed them with the Ghost 3d Embossing Folder. The colored cardstock is Amethyst and Kiwi.
Boo! Have a great weekend!

Hero Arts + SSS Collab
I'm sure you are already well aware that it's STAMPTEMBER and yesterday the Hero Arts special collab set dropped! This stamp and die set is very limited. Once it's sold out, it is SOLD. OUT.
Some links are affiliates, at no charge to you. Thank you so much for the support!
The Celebrate set is beautiful and filled with gorgeous flowers (perfect for coloring) and great sentiments. I didn't grab the dies, but I was able to use my Brother Scan n' Cut to neatly cut these intricate images (best big purchase in my craft room!).
I used my Copic markers to color the gorgeous stamped images. The background uses the Sparkle Weave Stencil that's inked up with brand new Naples Yellow Reactive Glitz Ink (hard to capture on camera, but has an amazing shimmer!).
For the center area, I stamped some dots (included in the Celebrate stamp set) in brand new Byzantine Green Glitz Ink. The Wood Frame Infinity Die was cut from beautiful Pitch Black cardstock. It's the perfect frame for some gorgeous flowers!
Thank you for stopping by!

Hero Arts September Release Blog Hop
This is going to a VERY popular release from Hero Arts! How long have we been eagerly waiting for a full Halloween drop??! The day is here!
Some links may be affiliates at no charge to you. I appreciate your support of rwkrafts and Hero Arts!
When it comes to Halloween craft products, I get wide eyed OBSESSED over them. It is absolutely my favorite crafty holiday! The card above uses items from the September 2024 Card Kit of the Month. I'd honestly buy it for that haunted house stamp and die alone!
Part of the kit is a little mini stamp set which has a variety of funky eyeballs. I used every eye stamp throughout the background of this card, stamped in Orchid and Green Apple. The spooky skeleton stamps (you bet I'll be using those again!) are inked in Charcoal and placed throughout the haunted house.
Now it's time to talk about this haunted house! I embossed it with Black Sparkle Embossing Powder, die cut it with the matching die, and colored the windows with Y15 Copic. The amount of sparkle makes me insanely happy!
My second card today uses the new Bat Infinity Dies. My brain instantly screamed SHAKER CARD! but I can see these being great for scrapbook pages or even home decor banners.
