Recently, Mama Elephant released a stamp set that I just couldn't resist... Celebration Hamsters! The images are so adorable so I dove right in and created three birthday cards.
I used the same design as a birthday card I created a few months ago for my husband. I just love this little hamster floating through cotton candy clouds. I colored the hamster to match my sweet late ham-ham Chloe :)
Chloe Bear!
I cut all of the stamped images using my Brother Scan n Cut and colored with Copic markers (see the markers below!). The clouds were made using my most-used stencil by Simon Says Stamp "Clouds for Days" using Distress Ink in Kitsch Flamingo and Spun Sugar.
My next card uses the sweet hamster and cake stamp...
The background of the frame is stenciled with Stamper's Anonymous THMM127 with Distress Ink "Squeezed Lemonade". The border dies are from Waffle Flower "A2 Lacy Layers Die". The sentiment is stamped and die cut from The Greetery "Sentiment Suite Basics" die.
The hamster was cut with my Brother Scan n Cut and colored with the Copic markers below:
My last card uses the three little party hamsters.
This card uses most of the same supplies and Copics. I did add Rock Candy Glitter through an old Heidi Swapp stars stencil to make them shimmer and shine.
I hope you like these hamster cards! I'll be entering them into the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge "Use a stencil" and the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge "Use a Die Cut".
