Valentine's Event Day 2 + VIDEO!

Welcome back to Day 2 of our brand new blog event! We have the first ever "5 for 5" holiday event... 5 designers will bring you inspiration for 5 days in a row, for 5 big holidays throughout 2015! Each day we have a different theme, and today the theme is PINK AND ORANGE. Some of the designers are offering prizes so leave your comments to be entered to win!

Eek! He's just so cute!!! I'm excited that I finally had the chance to ink up this "Monster Hugs" set from Simon Says Stamp. This card had a LOT of watercoloring going on. It was a great crafty distraction while I watched this Blizzard of 2015 roll in!


The design of my card was inspired by the current sketch challenge at the MFT blog. I used the My Favorite Things "Wavy Edge" die to get that lovely scallop border.


I'm excited to say I have a new process video showing off this sweet card! The video showcases a lot of watercoloring, so you can sit back, relax, ride out the snow storm, and enjoy the video! (If the video isn't working in this blog post, please CLICK HERE to watch it directly!)
