While I was visiting Donna in South Carolina, I had a chance to play with some of her adorable Penny Black Halloween stamps. How cute is little Mimi on her broom stick?! I colored Mimi and the little bat with Prismacolor Pencils and fussy cut them. They are popped up on the tag die with foam adhesive and I tied some tulle in a knot at the bottom.
