Welcome back, you made it to Friday! Short work weeks always feel the longest, don't they? Getting fun crafty mail, like all new Lawn Fawn, definitely help make the week better! Today I'm sharing a one layer holiday card for the Lawnscaping Challenge: One Layer, and the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge: Stamp it!
I used a combination of new winter Lawn Fawn stamps to make this card including, "Joy to the Woods", "Snow Day", "Critters in the Arctic", and "Winter Penguin".
This one layer card only required one element to mask, so it came together quickly. I stamped the penguin first, covered him with a mask, then stamped the ice and the tree. I did some copic coloring on the penguin and the ice. Add in a gorgeous sentiment and a few snowflakes, and this is a done deal!
Here is the simple mask i created with a post-it note. I laid it over the penguin and then stamped the ice, remove the mask, and you have a happy ice skating penguin :)
So, so cute, Rachel! Your coloring is gorgeous! I really like how you colored the ice - I might have to try that next time! Enjoy your weekend! :)
