Yellowstone Mini Album for TOMBOW Sticky U!

I have officially graduated from Tombow's Sticky University! I have been holding on to this project for a long time, and I'm very excited to share it today. A couple month's ago, Tombow USA contacted me to join Sticky U and create something using the new Tombow Xtreme adhesive. Easy for me, since I was already in love with the Xtreme tape anyway :)

Here's my awkward selfie in my Sticky University tshirt, holding my Xtreme tape runner :) Woohoo!

I wanted to create something that always requires my super tacky double lined tape... a mini album. I only used my Xtreme adhesive and it was WAY easier and even stickier than that red liner tape.

My parents recently went on a big road trip to Yellowstone National Park. I created this album folio to hold 15 pictures and several tags for notes and journaling.

I cut my own chipboard from cereal boxes to create the covers and binding of my album. Then I covered it with this great paper from DCWV called "Out in the Wild". The park emblems were perfect for this Yellowstone mini.

The images are cut out from various pattern papers in the DCWV stack. Everything on the cover, including the wooden tag and the alphabet thickers, were attached with Tombow's Xtreme adhesive.

Here is the inside of my album folio. To brighten up the colors, I also included papers and cut aparts from DCWV "Travel Adventure" stack (oh how I love that stack!). On the left I created layered pockets to hold all of the journaling cards. On the right I created a waterfall that showcases 15 different photos just by flipping through the pages.

I cut out part of the USA map in the "Travel Adventure" paper and labeled all of the stops my parents took on their road trip. They really really appreciated this personal touch, and it was such an easy addition.

Oodles and oodles of journal cards for notes! Because after 10 days on the road, I'm sure they have plenty of stories to write down.

Here is a side view with the waterfall opened. Each little flap holds its own photo from my parents' vacation.

And one last cover shot for good measure :)

Thank you for joining me for this fun post! And THANK YOU to Tombow for inviting me to be a part of Sticky University and play with Xtreme adhesive! Of course, I had a blast :)
