Splish Splash

What a busy busy week this was, and it is great to finally have a weekend to do nothing. Just sit on my ass and people watch out my window. Perfection

And some stamping, of course. The Play Date Cafe had a really cool color story this week, with cotton candy, ruby, citrus, and dusk.

I had just received a cute stamp set from Oriental Trading Company. And it's great! Who knew. All the stamps on this card are from the OTC set


The umbrella and rain drops are paper pieced from Echo Park "walk in the park" and "splash" pads. The orange washi is from Target (so happy to find an orange bunch!), StazOn jet black ink, and Orange Stickles.


Now I'm going to attempt to make queso fundido con chorizo for the Euro Cup finals! Go Spain!

    Very cute stamps and I LOVE how you interpreted the colors!! This is such a fun design. Love all your details like the paper pieced raindrops & stickle rain drops. Great sentiment too. I didn't know you could get Washi tape at Target!! Thanks for playing again with us this week at The Play Date Cafe!
